Hello! My name is Karen, I am a Realtor in the central/western part of Maine. I work mostly in Franklin, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset Counties. Of course, I can work anywhere in the great state of Maine, but most of my business is in those counties.

A little about me, I have two boys 13 and 4, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty :) My fiancé and I like to climb the beautiful mountains Maine has to offer as well as swim in one of our many lakes and kayak on our ferocious rivers, if you are an outdoor type Maine is a great place to be. I like to compare real estate to climbing a mountain, its hard work and there’s twist and turns along the way, not every path will be smooth or easy…. but the end result is well worth it and its important to have a partner along the way that you can trust to get you there!

A little about how I do business. First and most important, I feel listening to my clients (YOU) is a very key part of my job. I like to find out what your goals are and what you expect from me, so I can find the best course of action for us to take. Small things that I would hear from my clients will make things a whole lot easier and give us better time management.
